Secker & Sons recently assisted a local church in Norfolk to become one of the first in the region to install a full heating system powered by air-source heat pumps. The project – featured in Network Norwich & Norfolk – highlights our commitment to sustainable, energy-efficient installation work.
We are pleased to share that Secker & Sons has been featured in Network Norwich & Norfolk, in an article titled “Bishop to bless Norfolk’s first high-tech hot air church”.
The article describes how All Saints Church in Hethel has become the first church in Norfolk – and among the first in the UK – to install a full heating system using ultra-efficient air-source heat pumps.
Secker & Sons supplied and installed the system in partnership with the church council and local volunteers, enabling the installation “in time for the ‘Beast from the East’ earlier this year”.
This project reflects our long-standing commitment to delivering energy-efficient heating solutions. Installing air-source heat pumps – especially when powered by renewable electricity – helps reduce carbon emissions and supports a more sustainable future.
